Be still with calming meditation & guided breathing techniques. Then, be soothed with a slow and sweeping full body massage starting with a relaxing reflexology style massage and ending with a lovely long back and shoulder massage, all using a blend of lavender, jasmine and basil to induce deep relaxation and calm (incorporates the legs, arms, hands, head, scalp, neck)
Then, a gentle turn to finish the treatment with a beautiful facial using lavender, jasmine and basil to cleanse, gently exfoliate, massage and moisturise the face and neck.
